My name is Mert, and I was born on 20 August 1991.

I graduated from culinary school in Ankara in 2014 and have since built more than a decade of professional experience in the hospitality industry, working across hotel kitchens and fine-dining restaurants.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for Mediterranean cuisine, focusing on fresh ingredients, quality produce, balanced flavours and modern presentation.

Today, I work in the UK as a Mobile Chef and Culinary Consultant, bringing my professional experience directly to clients, private events and hospitality businesses.
