I graduated from culinary school in Ankara in 2014 and have since built more than a decade of professional experience in the hospitality industry, working across hotel kitchens, restaurants and professional catering environments.

Throughout my career, I have developed a particular passion for Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on fresh ingredients, quality produce, balanced flavours and modern presentation.

Today, through MRT Catering, I bring this experience to private dining, events and professional food services across London, creating carefully considered menus and food experiences tailored to each client and occasion.
